Origin & Cultivation
Tholos EVOO is produced in the fertile land of Epidaurus, a place associated with health and longevity since ancient times. It comes from centuries-old olive trees cultivated at an altitude of 350 meters, in a region with a distinctive microclimate—characterized by cool night temperatures and intense sunlight. Our dry-farmed olive trees are nourished solely by natural rainfall. The cultivation is 100% organic, free from chemical fertilizers or pesticides, and follows the strictest quality standards to preserve the natural balance of the soil and the integrity of the final product.
